Compulsory data: Innova stores data and information during the time periods specified below or until receiving your request to erase personal data, if there is no legitimate reason to keep it longer. Upon expiry of the terms for storing your personal data we will delete it, unless we need to keep certain data due to requirements of applicable laws or during the period this data is necessary for establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
B. Additional data:You may also freely provide Additional data to Innova such as last name and other data in a message box without its request upon your discretion and consent. Such data will be processed according to this Policy.
C. Correspondence: Innova keeps records on correspondence with potential or existing partner for the validity period of communication between you Innova and 1 year after the termination of such agreements or discussion on project, unless there is a legitimate reason for a longer processing.
D. Cookies:As for cookies, it is used only for the above purposes, after which the collected data will be stored on the device you use for a period of time corresponding to the type of such files, depending on your browser settings.
